Release Notes 7/17/2024

July 15, 2024 Release

It’s important to SocialClimb that we make our customers aware of the improvements and innovations we are continually pursuing to bring value to you and your patients. Ask your customer success rep about any of the following.

Reporting Improvements

We’ve added new information to the audience reports:

  • The first addition is that we have added estimated revenue to the report. Estimated revenue from appointments that are covered by overarching, location, or provider-specific estimated revenue rules are calculated for this report. This gives better insight into the estimated revenue that has come to a practice from people that were part of an audience the practice targeted.
  • The next addition is that the numbers for appointments and new patients now link to the Appointments Report. This will show the actual appointments and new patients from people who were part of each audience. This gives customers a better way to see the specific details of who came in as a result of their marketing efforts.

Here’s what it looks like:

Dashboard updates:

We have made some updates to the Dashboard report:

  • The top left box is a new way of displaying data that has been on the Dashboard. The main addition here is that we more deliberately show comparisons. Clicking the arrows next to each source takes users to the Ratings & Reviews page, filtered down to just that source within the timeframe defined.
  • The top right box shows a breakdown of reviews by source. This is data that has historically been on the Dashboard that we have improved how we display it.
  • The last section we updated is the Monthly Reviews. For the main box/report Instead of representing each platform as a separate line, we now display this graph as a stacked bar chart. That makes it easier to see overall trends in review volume. It also makes it easier to compare trends across different platforms.

All of these changes provide additional clarity and introduce paths to either further explore the data, or take action based on the data.

Surveys

CAHPS Send Page:

We have begun adding CAHPS to the app so that customers can have more visibility into what is happening. The first page comes with this release:

This page shows a record of the data that we sent to our CAHPS partner, CSSI. There are more changes coming in future releases, but this page gives customers an idea of the data that has been passed so they have some visibility into what is happening with their CAHPS surveys.

We’ve only touched on a few updates here. Contact your representative or log in to the application to learn more.
