Release Notes 8/28/2024

August 29, 2024 Release

It’s important to SocialClimb that we make our customers aware of the improvements and innovations we are continually pursuing to bring value to you and your patients. Ask your customer success rep about any of the following.

Predictive Targeting Improvements

A/B Test Postcard Creative

Since launching postcard campaigns in SocialClimb our customers have sent hundreds of thousands of postcards. The benefit of these campaigns is that they target people likely to need the proc

edures that our customers target. With this release, we’ve added a new way customers can test and refine their sends: Postcard A/B Testing of creatives.
Instead of creating one postcard, customers can now create two different designs. The creation flow is repeated to handle both postcards. The creatives can then be previewed:

With the ability to run A/B tests on creative for postcard campaigns, we needed to support the reporting on those campaigns on the Postcard Campaign Details page. If a campaign has used the A/B testing feature, the detail page will now show the performance of each variant:

A/B Test Postcard Reporting

We have added additional reporting for analysis of which message better resonates with the audience.

The report shows how many postcards were delivered, conversions from those campaigns, QR code scans, assists, appointments, new patients, and estimated revenue. These can be sorted and filtered to understand how campaigns compare with each other. Conversions, assists, appointments, and new patients can be clicked on the same way as other reports in the Marketing Insights section to show the conversions or appointments that are represented by these campaigns.

Surveys

The Survey Comment page is now more than just a list of comments. We have added additional columns to this page.We have added columns for provider and location. Additional filtering by date, comment, name, question type, provider, and location have also been added. This makes understanding details about comments easier to understand and opens up new ways to explore the data.

Add Group Filter to the Google Posts Page

We have added a group filter to the Google Posts page. Now posts can be filtered down to just show posts that were applied to specific groups. As we expand into larger organizations, the need to filter or limit what can be seen on a page has expanded, and this was an area that required additional segmentation from what we offered.

Apple Business Connect Data Qualification

We continue to work toward having the managing of Apple Business Connect listings available in the app. We made additional changes based on feedback from Apple. We remain in the data qualification phase of the approval process with them.

We’ve only touched on a few updates here. Contact your representative or log in to the application to learn more.
