RIT webinar emergency survival guideWatch our latest RIT webinar so you can move forward aggressively to fill your schedule as restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic ease.

Our CEO, Ty Allen, participated in a Reliable IT webinar on May 14 with Michael Pendleton of Desert Orthopaedic Center and Andrew Carlson of Bluegrass Orthopaedics. They held a discussion on how to utilize marketing processes to transition your medical practice smoothly as we move into the recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As you get things rolling once again, it’s important to have a solid plan in place to ensure you’re attracting patients who are the best fit for the needs of your practice. This webinar will give you an overview of our three-phase plan and share insights from two medical groups currently following the plan and beginning to schedule elective procedures in their areas.

Here’s a taste of the advice you’ll get in the webinar:

Phase 1 of the plan, in part, calls for preparing ads targeted to patients with specific health concerns that are the best fit for your physicians and your practice. Ty had this to say about these Boost Ads, “Targeting just the hot spots is really key to making sure that ad spend is good. So when the time is right, that ad will be going out to try to attract patients that fit your needs in those zip codes.”

Bluegrass Orthopaedics has been using our targeted ads with great success over the last few months. One thing that Andrew Carlson of Bluegrass appreciates about SocialClimb is that we can show the ROI down to the patient acquisition cost. “Tracking ROI is very important for healthcare, especially for small orthopedic clinics that, frankly, don’t have a huge marketing dollar.”

“It’s the best marketing dollar I’ve spent. Hands down!”

Andrew Carlson

He has some valuable information and advice to share about the approach he has taken with Bluegrass and their outlook coming out of the pandemic.

Michael Pendleton of Desert Orthopaedics Center has been with SocialClimb for 3 years. He partnered with us when he needed help overcoming a situation where a disgruntled patient set up a Facebook page to vent about the practice.

He’s been using targeted ads for several months and has already seen some success in bringing his incoming calls up nearly to pre-pandemic numbers using our marketing process plan.

Michael had this to say about his overall experience with SocialClimb, “There are very few services in healthcare that actually deliver on their proposed solution. We’ve all seen it in our careers. If there’s a solution it’s expensive, it’s a lot of work, and it’s just painful. This has been the exact opposite. Ty’s team takes it. They run with it. It’s like you’re the first customer when you set it up. They have so much flexibility . . . if you’ve got a certain need, they’re going to be able to meet it.”
