We’ve enhanced Google Business Profile (GBP) management to help our customers maximize their online presence. Several improvements have been made in this area, including better handling of services on GBPs. Support has also been added for Google Suggested Edits on these services, making it easier for users to approve suggested edits and ensure that the services on their GBPs accurately reflect the type of care they provide.
Another quarterly update has taken place with our Predictive Analytics models. These models are updated each quarter to reflect information that has changed, as well as new information that has been gathered on individuals in the models. These updates allow customers to target potential patients more effectively and with greater accuracy, which increases the likelihood of patient conversion and acquisition.
Additionally, we’ve added reporting for the QuickDASH Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) survey and improved handling of similar question choices.
