Service Recovery
Even the best physicians receive some negative feedback.

SocialClimb’s medical service recovery tools

make it easy to see, manage, respond to, and track negative reviews. Most of our customers utilize SocialClimb’s service recovery workflow to a certain extent, but are you fully taking advantage of how much control SocialClimb gives you over the service recovery process?
All reviews left on public review platforms will show up in the “Ratings and Reviews” tab in SocialClimb. When a poor review (3 stars and below) comes in on one of your platforms it will show an orange “Recovery” button (see above). This is where the recovery process for SocialClimb users begins. From here responsibilities can be assigned to other SocialClimb users and can be categorized both by the type of issue and where it is in the recovery process.
Higher level administrators can track how service recovery for their account is doing in the “Recovery Report” found on the left hand bar.
This report gives a breakdown of what users are participating in the service recovery process, what kinds of issues they are dealing with, if they have replied publicly, and if the issue has been resolved. This report is helpful for data tracking in a practice of any size, but SocialClimb especially recommends that larger practices utilize this function so that no dissatisfied patients slip through the cracks.

Dykema Dental Conference July 10-12
Our team had a great time at the annual Dykema DSO conference. Dr. Mitch DSS was a hit and so was SocialClimb. A big thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth. We are excited to work with more DSO’s as we expand our presence in the dental space.

American Association of Dental Office Management Annual Meeting July 18-20
We enjoyed meeting many new dental managers at the Orlando Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort for the AADOM Dental Management Conference this past weekend. Our SocialClimb booth (and socks!) were both hits and we look forward to working with many of the contacts we made.
