Google Questions
Google recently introduced a new section to GMB listings called Questions and Answers. This new feature has a lot of implications (both positive and negative) on your GMB visibility. Jared has spent the last 15 years in a variety of technical and customer-facing roles with multiple software companies. He specializes in making complex technical integrations simple and straightforward. He graduated from BYU with a degree in Computer Science. Jared enjoys traveling, both for work and pleasure, and is always happy to get on a plane to make a customer successful.
Jordan Barrett
Jordan is a process-driven, people person with a love for healthcare and technology—enter SocialClimb. Jordan received a BS in Public Health from Brigham Young University, and recently graduated with a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah. Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and their one-year-old daughter. When not in the office, Jordan can be found in a mountain stream with his fly rod.
Lauren Allen Murphy
Lauren is passionate about service, women’s issues, art, tennis and family. She tries to make the world a better place, which is why she loves working at SocialClimb. Service and human connection are what drive her to succeed. She recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in History. Lauren is married and has no kids.

2019 AAOE Annual Conference May 5-8
The AAOE event was a huge success. We enjoyed meeting everyone who came to the booth and attended our events. Our reveal of our new Boost feature got a great response. We can’t wait to implement Boost for more of our customers.
ASCRS-ASOA Annual Meeting May 3-7
We are grateful to ASCRS-ASOA for allowing us to be a part of their event. Our booth was a big success, as was our new Ophthalmologist Dr. Mitch video. A big thanks to everyone who participated.
