Do you know about this new SocialClimb feature?

Provider Impact Report

SocialClimb recently added a new report type to our system after many requests from customers. The new Provider Impact Report is helpful for comparing a Provider’s
personal progress with their reputation using two different snapshots in time. Providers reputations are broken down by the different platforms they have listings on, with a separate entry for each listing like Dr. Body below.

The first column shows Dr. Body’s total ranking as of May 1, 2019. The top number represents his total listing score at that time while the number in parentheses
shows how many reviews he had at that point. The last column does the same but for the second date selected. The middle New Ratings

section highlights the difference between the two, making it easy to see how much of an impact SocialClimb has had on that particular listing over a period of time.

As with all of our other reports in SocialClimb, you can filter your results to different providers, groups, and time periods. You can access this report under
the Reports tab in SocialClimb

. We also have a location based counterpart to this report that can be found in the Reports section of SocialClimb. It’s called the Location Impact Report. I
f you have any questions or need help pulling a report, contact your Customer Success Manager.

We’re thankful to our customers that have helped us develop this report. We rely on your feedback to continue to make our product better every day. We hope we are
able to add value for many of you with this new report.
