One of the reports we mentioned in June that our customers find most valuable is our Marketing Report Card. It highlights some critical numbers you need to know. And our Call Tracker makes those calculations possible.

Our Marketing Report Card shows several key metrics that enable you to know the direct impact of your marketing efforts: inbound phone calls, appointments made, conversion rate, revenue from those appointments, your marketing spend, and our favorite, your patient acquisition cost.
What it boils down to is this: You can and should be measuring the effectiveness of your marketing spend. Knowing your patient acquisition cost (PAC) empowers you to spend exactly what you need to bring in the patients you want. Knowing your return on investment (ROI), which can be calculated from the numbers in your Marketing Report Card, can guide you in planning out your marketing strategies.
